At SHE Thinks Group, our vision is bold: to reshape how change happens – for and with girls, women, and their communities. We’re not here just to advise change. We’re building it. That means telling the stories that rarely get told. Moving funding, power, and visibility to the people doing the real work. And creating space for leadership that’s been sidelined, especially when shaped by those too often excluded from power. Our approach may evolve, but our purpose is clear. SHE Thinks Group is not waiting. We’re leading.

SHE Thinks Forward: Our Vision in Practice

SHE Thinks Group works at the edges of systems to shift how power, voice, and resources move – amplifying unheard stories, experimenting with new funding models, and creating tools that challenge the status quo. We’re still offering high-impact strategy and leadership support through our three core offerings. But we’re also dreaming bigger: reimagining how the field works, who it works for, and who’s trusted to lead it. We’re working to launch a not-for-profit arm of SHE Thinks Group rooted in our bespoke model (coming soon). Our emerging work includes:
